Have been quite busy and very very very very tired... these few days.. cos i've started school again... it's mind shagging.. cos it's 4 days of studying.. Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon.. 4 days in a month... STRAIGHT... omg... damn intensive loh... totally tiring to my brain... can die sia...
thank god 2molo i too leave.. i need my sleep... i missed out on my weekend sleep... so sad.. will talk more on my classmates soon.. all from different walks of life.. or i should say different walks of jobs... muhahaha... going home soon.. shagged out.. gonna koonZ... =P

Comfort takes a serious view on complaints lodged against our drivers. We will not hesitate to discipline errant drivers with proven service lapses.
We have looked the matter. The said driver was warned on this incident. Your complaint has been filed in his service record and we will monitor his performance.
Thank you for your feedback. It is our desire that every trip onboard Comfort taxis is a pleasant one. We will continue to reinforce our service enforcement, communication and training efforts to push up service levels by Comfort drivers.
