Moi Birthday

My internet is down again... it's really borthersome.. especially when i want to blog and can't.. i wish the connection over at the new house is better...

my birthday was spent doing my ST presentation as well as doing my summary for the presentation... it was so stressful... I got birthday wishes from Joe Sweetie.. my 1 and only Daddy.. Snakey (who was the 1st one to call me to wish me at night =D).. Cousin Theresa called me 2nd and sang me a very very very fast 'Happy Birthday' to me.. she was with JR and he too wished me Happy Birthday.. didn't know it was him at first cos i never spoke to him on the phone before.. haha.. Vanessa smsed me happy birthday too... so sweet of her to sms me.. Kevin too sms me.. he finally got the right date.. haha.. i think he was trying his luck.. cos he was smsing me throughout June.. Happy Birthday.. and den i'll reply.. it's too early... thanks a lot pal.. too bad.. i missed yrs.. Sorry about it.. was rushing and worrying about my event.. which was on the 16 of June.. =(

Jerlyn msn me Happy birthday.. heehee.. i wonder how she knoes it's my birthday... Hmmm... i have a hunch..it's Friendster.. haha.. she wished me again after class.. with Xue Ni and Mervyn too.. Class was boring.. the Aussie/Canadian was a guest lecturer... Jerlyn told May.. next time don't invite him.. cos we can't understand what he was saying.. haha.. i think we couldn't catch his words.. too chim i think.. also there were parts when he was mumbling to himself.. to which... i cheeky asked... Yi Gong Si Mi? which means... what's he saying? some of my classmates who heard... laughed.. heard someone said So rude.. hey but it's true.. i dunno wat the hell he was trying to say.. but he was talking to himself ain't he?

after class i rushed back home to submit my report again to Ms June.. cos the Uni's instruction was confusing and it was not clear.. so i resubmit it via my local lecturer... My Cousins Theresa, Audrey, Clement and Wilson came to my place with a cake and they sang Happy Birthday to me at my doorstep.. haha.. So sweet... Pics will come later.. cos i didn't take any... must ask Theresa or Audrey or Wilson.. not sure if Clement took any...

after waiting for me to finish my report.. we went to HKG cafe for supper... heehee.. by the time we got back was about 1am.. thanks guys.. thanks for coming over to wish me happy birthday... =D

Last day of work..

Today is my last day of work... unofficially.. haha.. my official last day is on the 29th of June.. and i did not wish to say good bye to all my colleagues and start crying on my birthday... so thank goodness i'm on Sat Duty...

Koh has helped me pack my things in the office.. got a shock of my life when i walked in... cos my desk is so empty... *sobZ*

i will miss my desk area... cos it's so cozy and warm and it's my area.... *sobZ* bye bye cozy area *waves*... Hope Serene will take care of you....

my farewell present is a Anna Sui purfume... Secret Wish... a Lip Gloss and Mascara... I'm thinking.. y purfume? I smelly ma?? hahaha... no la.. kidding... i like it... i can't dun like it can't i? Cos buy already ma...

Anyway... i'm waiting for Serene to call me so that i can i make my way to Clementi to meet her...

New Toy...

i got a new toy... heehee... Nintendo DS Lite... =D

Hong Kong

between Working and Studying i've have been doing some travelling (at long last!!!)... Recently went to Hong Kong with 3 other classmates from APMI for some R&R... but in the end it's not R&R more like torturing myself... A quick summary of my trip...

1st day woke up damn early at 4am to catch my flight... had breakfast on board the place... caught the transfer to the hotel... us girls manage to get our room b4 the guys... went walk walk with ML for a while.. tried the Smelly Toufu... which = to really like eating SHIT... needs a lot of getting used to... KG & JL went to exchange some currency nearby the hotel... Met them back at the hotel... the guys finally got their room... den we went to catch some Zzzz... woke up took shower and off to dinner and went to watch the lights show... lucky for us there was also fireworks~!! NICE~!!! heard from KG that it's only on Special Occations den they ahve fireworks.. if not juz only the lights...

den went on a journey to the PEAK~! KG almost caused us to take the wrong transport... lucky for me... i spotted the tram up... Peak is nice nice... very romantic at night... but spoiler for the night was... i DROPPED MY FARKING CAM after repairing it... I is SUPER DU LAN with myself...

2nd day... went for the free 1 day tour... had dim sum for breakfast... den we went to some of the places of interest like Repluse Bay.. Niong Peng and the shops... i like the cable car ride up... cos it's like 25 mins.. and the sceanary is like nice... the guys walked up to the Buddah while we girls went down for some shopping at the factory outlets... we went to Hard Rock cafe for Dinner~! den we walked to Temple Street and took the MTR back to our hotel..

3rd Day... I skipped Disneyland cos i was thinking of going back with a certian someone... but now i think my hopes are dashed... and i can forget about going back with him... woke up late... heehee.. cos the other 3 had to wake up like 7am to go to Disneyland.. went for a walk all the way to Mong Kok... went to the Ladies Street... the Digital Street as well as to the Sporting Goods Street.. walked until i damn tired... went back to the hotel to rest.. bathe and wait for them to call/sms... met them for dinner went to eat streamboat... soup was yummy... heehee... after that went to Ladies market with JL to buy some stuff...

4th Day we went to Ocean Park... we went for Brunch near by... den we took the MTR to Central and we tried to take the Xiao Ba to the Ocean Park... not too bad... sat some of the rides... and went to their Atoll Reef.. wah... the fish all damn huge.. until damn scary... also went to see the jelly fish and the shark and sea lions... also went to watch the Dolphines and sea lions show... nice nice...

after that me n JL went to Lan Kwai Fong and we had KFC... heehee... we went their by ourselves without the guys and by Bus hor... never take Taxi!!!! i'm so proud of us!!!! oc swe never get lost.. heehee... after that we went back to our hotel to rest...

last day we woke up late... me n JL went for Brunch again... this time juz round the corner from our hotel... i think it's the BEST meal i had in HKG!!!!

After that it was time to take the transfer back to the airport.. where we did a little shopping.. =)

Bad Bad Bad..

Had a very bad weekend.. and a very bad start of the week too..

Was so pissed off with APMI's MS Levina. The new Program Manager for my course... I have never met anyone who is in APMI who is as Ridiculous AS HER!!! Expecting me to inform her 1 week in advance when i am sick....

den later on in the evening, i was at Theresa's place.. Grace called and inform that her dad was admited to the hospital and he was going for a operation later in the night.. her dad was bleeding in the brain..

i think my life has just gotten worst.. i walked out of the house.. not wanted to continue the argument.. i wanted to study... but when i came back.. i found the door latched..

my MOM... YES MY MOM... latched the door.. i'm now sitting outside the main door... lucky i still can access the Internet from here... i do not know what sort of mother she is.. but from wat i can see... she's nothing good.. i'm starting to HATE her all over again...

it took me years to try to forget what she did to me when i was younger... accusing me of causing her miscarriage... making me the main source to vent her anger on.. whacking me for every little thing i did wrong... bashing my head against the wall.. throwing almost everything she can get her hands on... at one point she threw a knife at me.. whacking me with clothe hangers... and almost a belt.. unfortunately i didn't forget.. how on earth am i suppose to forget what she has did to me? i only can thank god that i did not have 2 other sisters to suffer the same fate..

it took alot of self control not to hit her back... i really wanted too.. but i held and suppress the anger inside of me.. so many a time i wanted to scream back... now i'm older... and when i scream back... it becomes a shouting match... whatever i say... it's going to hit her 2X more... Y?? cos the words which comes out of my mouth is all the truth... and she knows that it is the truth... but she refuse to admit her mistakes...

Exhausted..

i'm sick n tired of her screaming at me all the time.. i'm down with a sore throat... and fever.. i'm feeling very heaty at the moment.. i'm also very tired...

i did not ask her to come back with dad.. i did not ask her to stop gambling... i did not ask her to do anything..

all i did was to tell her not to cook.. does asking her not to cook mean that i do not want to have dinner? i do not think so.. life is not too good at the moment for me.. life is going to the dumps..

i do not feel like doing anything... i walked out of the house with my books and laptop.. walked out of everything.. i do not have the intention of sitting for my exam tomorrow.. i feel like jumping off a building.. but will that solve everything? anything? i do not think so..

i'm sitting all alone at Mac... typing this down.. but i do not feel like studying... i want to cry... but i can't... i trying to put up a very strong front... but i dun think i can hold on forever.. it's very exhausting.. i want to lie down to rest.. but i can't.. i have nowhere to go too.. no one to run too..

why is this happening to me? i'm sick n tired of living anymore..

Lushful Lashes...

my HR exam is on monday... and i have no mood to study... have been really tired out recently... i wonder why... might because of work... so many events during March.. until i'm abit drained out..

Have to juggle with work, school work and of cos the Dinner & Dance stuff... have no time to even practice for our performance.. opps... we dun even have any performance to perform... that is how busy we are.. any plus.. koh was on overseas leave... oh well.. i think we juzt have to come out with something by thursday!

Oh ya... i went to perm my eye lashes... quite happy with the results... and it's not as painful as how Eva has decribe it would be... there's some discomfort when the lady put some kind gel substance on my lashes... and when she was cleaning the substance off... if not tat's it!! now i do not need to use the curler anymore!!! anyway i seldom use also lah... heehee... maybe next time i shall try the lash extention!! Cos mom say my lashes are not enough... o_O"

2nd Childhood

I'm going back to my 2nd childhood.. have been buying VCDs/DVDs of Disney's Classics...

Recently have bought... Cinderlla... Little Mermaid... Peter Pan...

I'm going to start collecting them... quite nice to watch them again... but hor... it's not cheap leh....

New Apartment!!

Yeah... on the last entry i was talking about the apartment which i viewed? Well... on that night my parents made the deposit... and it seems that the Owner of that apartment has signed the agreement!!

WooHooo~!!!! okie.. as promised... I'll tell more about the apartment!!

The Apartment has 3 Bedrooms... actually 4... but one of the bedroom wall was knocked out to make the master bedroom bigger... and the apartment also has 4 toilets... and out of the 4 toilets... 2 are attached to the bedrooms!!!!

One of it is in the Master bedroom... and the other... is in my future bedroom.. so no more fighting over the toilet with my dad in the morning!!! But u know.. i rather not have a bathroom to myself... cos... it means i have to clean it lah... me laZY... heehee... my bathroom has a bathtub in it.. and so it means i can soak myself there... heehee... the other 2 toilets are common toilets... 1 near the dining area and the other one is in the kitchen...

the space of the apartment is much bigger den the one i'm staying in now.. the floors are marble and the bedroom floors are parquet... it's quite in good condition... except that the kitchen needs to be done up nicely.. i hope my mom will get an oven.. den i can start baking cakes... heehee... long time never make brownies le... hoo... brownie ala mode... nice... heehee...

my dad is happy also.. cos there is a storeroom which is quite big... he can store his barang barang there...

the living room is like 3 steps down from the main door... the housing agent says that it is called Hong Kong style... well... to my dearest cousins.. it's like Daniel's place at Sheradon Court... if you can remember how 'Sa Yi' old house looks like before she moved to Mangis Road.....

There is also a back door but i think it's a bit redundant... cos it's like facing the main door... -____-"...... but the common area outside the apartment is HUGE!!! so HUGE that i and my parents cannot believe it!!! can put 2 buffet lines in the centre and there is still space to walk around!!!

There's only 4 apartments to 1 floor... and there is 2 lifts in the block... and 2 emergency exit staircase on each floor too... downstairs there is a gym... a not so used pool table... 2 Foosball machine... 1 climbing wall in the next block... 1 ping pong table... 1 bbq pit and a nice sit down area... not too bad... quite cozy...

the apartment has a security guard... and has it's own car park.. thank goodness.. and the lift landings can only be excess by a security pass... there is also 1 gate going towards paya lebar MRT station... the gate also needs a security pass to enter... so there is no access for any tom, dick or harry!!!

So excited!!! but we won't be moving in until next year... i think...

Apartment Viewing

i juz came back from viewing another apartment near Geylang there... it's way way much better den other other one in the next lane...

there's so much more space.... and the apartment area is bigger den the one which i'm currently staying in now... i dun mind moving there though... but a bit scared cos... geylang there leh... even though the red light district is further down the road... it's still a bit scary...

well.. if the deal goes though.. den i'm moving to the 5th floor~!!!!! finally... no more ground floor le... heehee... i will keep you in suspense now... until the deal is finallized... den i'll open up more about the apartment... and also if i have the time to blog and most importantly... if i remember lah...

Travel Plans!!!!

YEAH............................................. but it also means that i'm skipping classes... =(

oh well... i'm going with my classmates.. so we shall 'talk' about school work on holiday.. heehee...

i'm so freaking bored that i was painting my nails in the office... i painted my left hand nails and Serene painted my Right hand for me... i went to JE for lunch today... while Koh went to buy bubble tea.. i went to those cheapo shop to look around.. den i saw the nail varnish colour... a silver and gold gliter varnish... so i went to buy it.. cos i wanted to try the effect which Pat did for me some time back..

i also went to buy some nail art stickers... juz for fun lah... and a clear top coat.. in total i spend $10... muhahahah...

so far.. i can say the effect is nice.... =)

FUCK OFF

have been in a very foul mood these days... i guess every time i'm in a bad mood makes me just wanna blog...

why does he always have to irritate me? he always brush it off by saying it's a joke wat. his jokes is not always funny. it's lame. it's childish. sometimes it even hurts people. have told him so many bloody fucking times but it does not get into this brain of his.

he never learns. so i finally put a stop to all of it. and he still is IRRITATING ME!!! must i report to him that i want to sleep? must i take down the timing before i go to bed so that i can tell him that i am sleeping? must i tell him so sweetly that i am already sleeping and i do not wish to talk? NO FUCKING WAY. There is no way i am able to talk to someone sweetly who disturbs my SLEEP after irritating me!! what bloody right have you got to tell me off by telling me to tell u nicely? this is my life, i live it the way i want to live it and not by what you want me to do.

If you want someone to live their live the way you want them too. Go find your GF and screw her with your fucking thoughts. i had enough of you.

working Weekend

my weekend was burned working... but i had some fun too... friday i drove down to work... which incidentally caused an argument with my mom early in the morning.. whom i'm not spoken to since Friday morning..

Drove down n picked Serene up... reached Clementi slightly early... so went to pick her up... den we went to Mac at IMM to buy breakfast.. in the end was late for 1 Min... oh well..

at 10.30am.. drove down to Sembawang Country Club with Koh to get ready for the golf Cohesion.. it was hot hot hot... until i was about to leave den it was raining.. Cat 1... i think which means.. thunder n lighting n loads of rain... not sure lah...

drove back alone to the club to help out getting things done for the Prosperity Nite the next day... also brought back the Trohpies for the bowling.. left work at 5pm.. to drive down to Orchard to go to class.. met up with Jerlyn for dinner..

after class... me, Mel and Jou went down to MS to meet Jou's frens for a movie.. KG & Jade came later.. cos they had a project group disscusion.. we watched I'm a Cybrog but it's ok... kinda lame show... Mel fell asleep.. haha.. the show made no sense to me... and to KG.. haha.. after the show drove Jade and Mel home.. b4 finally reaching home at 3am...

3rd March..

woke up at 12+... took my bathe n got ready to go to work... took a cab down n picked Koh up... he brought lunch for me.. reached there and had lunch with the team in the pantry 1st b4 we went up to the ballroom to pack the Oranges.. 'prepare' the VIP tables... the final touches..

halfway through the dinner/programme... Dal asked if it was possible to get a cake... it was possible.. i wanted to take the shuttle bus to IMM but the uncle was a bit too fast.. so in the end i had to walk there... bought a blackforest cake from Crystal Jade.. and i walked back to the club.. cos the Taxi queue was Si Beh long ar...

was perspering when i got back to the ballroom with the cake.. the programe was still going on... can say that it was a better event den the one during the Countdown... by the time i got home was 2am.. tired..

4th March..

woke up at 7.20am... why so early? cos i had to go back to work... got Bowling... Koh woke up late... by the time he came over to my place was about 8.30am.. and i had to drive fast... exceeding the speed limit.. lucky was still early when we reach the club...

finally finished work at 1+... took down all the past event posters... i cannot stand F&E... they have no respect for other ppl's posters... they give pin their own poster over ours or their own posters... didn't even borther to take down their old posters... so ugly.. if Corp Com see that.. we are the 1st one who will be reminded to maintain Corprate Image.. sick and tired.. i understand that there is no more space.. but can't they have the common sense to at least overlap their posters nicely.. i dun think they have lah.. since the end result is that... they also never think that it's very ma fan for other people to take down the posters too.. anyway.. they never ever take down their posters one.. cos it's US who will take it down for them... i was very kind to assist them this time.. but for those overlap posters.. i can't be borthered to take it down on 1 notice board... cos it's not my baby..

went to have the shanghai dian xin with koh.. saw Warrant Sim nearby there.. after that send Koh back home b4 coming home n dropping into deep sleep...

have to work again tomorrow... opps i meant today... time to go back to sleep~!!!

My Chinese New Year (1st 3 days)

Eve of CNY

This CNY was not the same.. juz did not feel the same lah.. my mom went abit crazy.. came home in a temper after marketing... started screaming n shouting at me... den went back to her room slamming the door... after a while she came out crying and screaming... saying that she's not the bloody maid in the house.. i did not say that she is.. neither did my dad... i juz /ignore her... walked into my room.. on my lappie and started to watch James Bond.. while she went around throwing things from the fridge onto the floor... against my door.. dunno for wat also.. at the same time shouting something which i did not really pay attention... James Bond more exciting lah...

den suddenly she started hammering on my door.. screaming where's her beef... cos we were suppose to have beef steamboat for dinner that night...so i paused my show and walked out of my room... and started searching for the beef... actually forgot where i threw the beef... haha... i only remembered that i did not throw it into the freezer... finally found it... it was kinda hilarious... thinking back... mom screaming WHERE'S MY BEEF..... muhahahhaa...

of cos i did not laugh lah... cos got a bad tempered mother behind me... after finding the beef.. i helped her cut some of the vegetables for the Lo Hei.. and for the dumplings.. which my mom is contributing for the family cohesion the next day...

dinner was usual... the small chit chat.. this and that... received quite a bit of Chinese new Year greetings from my friends... and family... finally fell asleep at about 2 in the morning..

CNY

next day woke up at 11+.. my mom calls that late.. kept grumbling that we had to go to 2 places and that i still can sleep until so late... of cos lah~!!!! PH leh... can sleep why not sleep?? so long never sleep in so late le.. so happy to sleep leh... after washing up... went to change and off we went to my grandmother's house.. or can say my cousin's hse.. cos my grandmother lives with her..

we reach there about 12+.. my cousin was still sleeping... not yet wake up... her husband was awake and was going to work... i saw my bloody ass of a relative (the one whom came into my house with the house key) there already... could not really be bothered to talk to her.. den she went and insulted me.. telling me to go and slim down and that i was fat... i told her rather rudely that i loved to be fat... and walked off into the kitchen to help my Grandmother dish out the soup and rice.. i wanted to say.. why don't you look into the mirror and slim down yourself 1st.. i think you are FAT TOO!!! i tell u.. if i have said that... all hell will break loose loh... i simply refused to spoil my day... went to have lunch cooked by my grandmother... rice.. the neoh hiang, soup, slices of abalone.. simple but nice.. but hor.. i think the standard of my grandmother's neoh hiang has dropped a lot ar... cos this type round got yam in there de... Eeeeee..... went i left the house i also did not say bye to her... waste of my breathe only...

went home n help mom fry the dumplings... i half fry half watch tv... den mom got du lan again... anyway... wat's new? muhahaha... after that changed and got ready to go to Cousin's Theresa and Audrey's house... all the families were there already... we were the last to arrive... as in my mom's Generation lah.. not my Generation...

the weather was hot hot hot... lucky my uncle got some fans... saw Mabel... and her bf... Theresa was saying that alot of people thought that he was her bf... muhahaha.. Marc was wondering when the blackjack table will come out... haha.. he's feeling restless.... fingers all itching to have a go...

Edwin or rather Winky (Sounds like wat we call him lah!) was the bartender.. while his wifey Christina was the waitress... Winky was making drinks for all whom request... muhahah.. after a while he also went to play blackjack...

Theresa's fren from Qatar came to pass her something... suddenly there was a kind of tension in the house... den i was told that Gracie had a relationship with him... and that it was now over... Mabel, Aud and Theresa were worried that Gracie will do something stupid... but thank god she never lah.. the guy also a bit worried... but he's gentleman enough to go say hi to her.. and also before he left to say bye...

that's when Gracie started drinking... A LOT... until she became tipsy... and a bit drunk.. okie.. not a bit.. but very drunk... until she dunno what she's doing... all i can say is.. that's not the way to do things lah... not very right to throw her face in front of the uncles and aunties.. in front of the cousins still okie.. but not in front of your elders lah.. very tiu lian leh...

another thing is that... after the guy has left... i think Gracie started calling him.. and smsing him.. and i don't think that he was replying to her smses and picking up her calls... Theresa's hp was left on the blackjack table while she was in her room on the computer (which i did not know, until much later.. cos she was behind the door), Gracie picked up Theresa's hp when it rang (SMS lah) and started to read the msg... den she used theresa's hp to call that guy (i think so lah, who else can she call?) Me and Mabel was looked at each other... den i went to look for theresa and Audrey...

when i finally found theresa... and told her wat Gracie has done.. she was like.. OMG... and she asked me to try to take back her hp... so i waited until Gracie finished with the hp before i took it away from her... Gracie i think went into a state of depression after the breakup.. den at 11pm.. Gracie wanted to go home... actually she was suppose to stay over at Theresa and Aud's hse... but she kept disappearing... until the 2 of them very worried... in the end... i gave up playing my blackjack and send her home... drove all the way to hougang.. while on the way to Gracie's place.. Aud who was with me call Jac and asked her to come down to pick her up...

2nd day of CNY
Slacked the whole day at home... so shiok~!!!

went to do research for my assignment...

3rd day of CNY

was invited to go to Madza Chew's house... waited for my dad to come back with the car b4 driving over to Snakey's hse to pick him up.. den Went over to Mazda Chew's house over in AMK... past by JW's house... reminded me of the past.. haha..

thank god, i found Mazda's block without much trouble.. Snakey did not want to go up... think he dun want to see Nest ba.. lucky he did not go up also lah... hahah... cos Nest was already there... stayed there and saw my ex classmates... den we started to play blackjack.. den it started to rain.. soon after... i had to leave.. cannot leave poor snakey downstairs for too long.. so poor thing...

After meeting up with Snakey again... we went to Upper Pierce Reservoir to walk for a while... never been there before... but the road so winding... den only 1 lane de... stress to drive there... also saw a lot of moneys there... a lot of cars stop to feed the monkeys even though there are signs saying DO NOT FEED THE MONKEYS... had to over take those idiots...

did not stay there too long.. cos can feel the evaporation from the ground.. so hot... den Snakey brought me to have Shanghai Dumplings... not too bad... had the Hot and Sour Soup... Fried Dumplings, Xiao Long Pao and Chili dumpling.. nice nice..

after that we went to see flowers... den went to Bishan CC the Dome for coffee... den it was time to go home... send Snakey home 1st... before i headed home...

Invasion!!!!

i forgot to write this down last night.. was too tired to remember until now...

my dearest Uncle and Aunt has got my BLOODY house KEYS!!!! Why on earth did my father ever do that???? OMG...

they wanted to bring some Chinese New Year goodies over to my place which my grandmother has given to us.. My dearest Aunty smsed me saying that she got the house keys and that they are coming over.. like WTF... they invited themselves over??
