got the JoB

I've finally got a job.. after almost half a year?? haha.. well.. no.. i was not down on luck.. was juz taking a break.. a long long break.. a very well deserved break.. went for the pre medical check up.. and x ray.. i'm still so tired.. didn't sleep well last night.. kept drifting in and out of sleep.. went to cherie's house to stay.. cos no ones home.. + her house was so much nearly to the work place..

going to start work this coming thursday.. so fast hor?? haha..

i guess i will be going to work with my dearest mother... hope she does not nag me to death... heehee.. *grinZ* can i request that we all move to the West??? since all 3 of us will be working in Jurong Area?? haha.. Doubt my parents will wanna move.. dad juz loves the east.. y?? cos it's not as polluted as the west.. keke..

Trimmed my Hair~!

okie.. for those for repeatedly ask me went am i going to cut my hair.. well... i juz trimmed it today.. heehee.. the hair stylist took at least 2 inches off.. as well as a heavy load off my head.. haha.. it feels so much lighter.. i also got a fringe that i'm not too used to.. haha..

y the sudden urge to go trim my hair?? well... i hav another interview 2molo.. so got to look presentable right?? haha.. think it's money well spend.. $110 for my hair.. haha.. cut, style, treatment.. not bad lah.. haha.. poor Jolene had to wait for me for like 2 hours.. =P heehee..

Long time never wake up this early le..

yesterday i went for the interview.. while making my way there was thinking to myself.. how are they going to survive??? reason being.. it's in a industrial area~!!! I'm not being mean or sarcastic.. but it's the truth.. they wanna sell pasta, sandwiches n soup to those software, IT programmers and engineers .. OMG.. from the type of people coming into the building after i got there for my interview.. they were mainly Indians and Chinese.. and a few caucasians..

in the interview was casual.. tried to get there as early as possible.. cos i dun wan to see all the shareholders.. very stress.. but too bad for me lah.. halfway thru the interview.. they came.. cos they had to pray for success.. total there were 5 shareholders.. 3 guys n 2 girls.. the boss.. looked like Johnathan.. my ex boss in 1B.. only a bit plumper den him.. and he's more tan.. gosh.. if they wanna to pray at 10.. den y was my interview schedule at 10am?? thank god i reached there like half an hour earlier.. a bit kaisu lah.. but.. also i dunno how far i was suppose to walk.. anyway.. being earlier is better den being late.. =)

overall the interview was okie.. the pay was miserable.. $800 for full time.. a bit disappointing.. but well.. it's a 5 day week job.. from 0730 - 1730 / 1830... there's like only 9 tables.. and it's like self service.. area is very small.. for those who have come to my house b4.. the size is about the same as the area from my room door to the master bedroom.. uniform wise is pants n a t-shirt or a shirt.. n flat shoes.. lol.. (cos i was wearing heels lah)..

after the interview.. i tried to walk to paya lebar mrt station... but i realise that i could not.. cos of some construction going on there.. while walking there.. Adrian called me.. for wat?? u ask?? to ask me if i wanna go Zouk.. eh.. call so early to ask me go clubbing.. thank goodness.. i was already awake.. imaging if i was still sleeping.. he sure kanna from me one.. idiot.. anyway.. told him dun think I'll be going.. too tired.. ya.. i told him i was too tired.. cos i woke up so early.. 0650.. long time never wake up so early le.. haha...

took a cab home.. den fell asleep.. haha.. was late for my appointment with Mag.. sorry ar.. hee.. rushed over to meet them.. haha.. on the way there.. i saw Mr Hoo.. Winston Hoo.. a ex trainer from shatec.. he was one of my FnB manager in OCBC Executives' Club.. we both went HELLO... den continued walked.. i can't stop there to talk to him leh.. was late liao.. hahaha.. too bad for him la.. he seems happier.. hahaha..

smsed Cherie that i saw him.. den she told me that he opened a pub in Meridian.. okie la... not bad la.. cos half of the tainers in school likes to drink.. haha.. think it's their passion n their hobby... well.. most of the FnB tainers anyway.. haha..

walked to Bestway building.. and when i got there.. Mag, Feibian, Pei Pei n Grace <--- Grace's my junior.. was like already finishing.. so i didn't have lunch.. haha.. so talked to them... den they told me that Iqbal left to join an events company.. dunno wat on wheels company.. they said that he was having fun there.. so good for him~!!!! Grace said that she will continue on with her attachment there until the contact expires.. Grace 加油~!!! dun give up.. still got another 7 months.. =)

told Mag that after her exams let's go drinking.. hahah.. which means pubbing time~!!! i've not gone clubbing or pubbing for like almost a month.. of cos i drank la.. haha.. a bit nia.. think must start drinking at home again.. haha.. yeah.. can't wait.. hee...

called Daniel to see if he wanna go for a coffee or lunch.. he said he can only go for a coffee cos his boss is going to bring them out for lunch.. so met him at HAN's at Robinsons Centre... i think... we talked about wat i was doing.. n how's life for me.. haha.. basically.. everyone would want my life at this moment lah.. haha.. and he agreed.. lol.. told him he seems slimer.. not so big size anymore.. haha.. he said maybe cos he was working hard.. haha.. soon after that.. his colleague came down to tell him that they were ready to go for lunch... so off he went.. and i went home..

after i got home.. in the evening.. Chervon's called.. and asked me to come down for an interview.. yeah.. will try my best to get the position there lah.. dad told me since Chervon's called.. might as well go n try.. the cafe.. just tell them i have an other interview... well.. it makes sense though... anway the cafe, Brian, said that he will call me back if i got the position.. so until now.. still no news from them.. so i guess.. i can fang xin to go to the interview on monday... =)

damn it.. forgot that mom's on leave.. so i got to take MRT there for an interview.. haiz.. oh well.. i'm independent.. *winkZ*

okie.. i have an interview 2molo.. oppss... i mean today... got to go n sleep right after this.. going to this wulu place Kampong Ampat... dunno where it is.. only know that it is off Macpherson road.. haiz.. well.. i did my reseach on how to get there.. n boy.. it's not very easy... well.. i guess that's life.. it's never easy.. i'll take it as a challange..

i'm armed myself with a map.. a self drawn map... which i can say that hopefully i won't get lost... n know where to alight.. i hope i won't get lost 2molo.. copied the map right off the one from street directory.. look alike ma?? can go check it out from street directory.. juz go find KA Centre...

next.. i've also put in tissue paper.. to wipe off any sweat during the walk from the bus stop.. n i'm also going to bring a bottle of water too... mmm...

or should i take cab there n figure my way home.. haiz.. will decide when i get up.. now.. it's time to go to bed...

today the whole day was raining.. from the time i got up until dinner time.. omg.. so cold... woke up den went for my driving.. long time since i've drive in rainy weather.. haha.. but quite fun la.. hope i can pass on my 2nd test...

anyway.. after my lesson.. took a cab down to parkway.. went to buy the VCD.. den went to buy my lunch n some vege for dinner.. berrr... it's cold.. came home.. went to find my sweater n put it on le..

had my lunch while i watched the vcd.. not too bad la.. was watching halfway when mom came back.. hahaha.. i was suppose to cook.. but in the end she did the cooking.. cos i too bz trying to finish off the movie.. heehee...

gosh.. i'm a bit hungry.. had the urge to go to the hongkong cafe... but now raining again.. haiz.. think i'll past... =(

bought them at Royal Sporting House... asked one of the staff to intro to me.. cos i know nuts about them.. hahaha.. went with Vanessa.. go shopping.. pei her go look for her agent... who was late n did not even sms or call her... Wat the hell man... no cow sense one.. my god...

went to Kenny Rogers for lunch den walked around b4 going to see her agent... den after that we went to Marina Square... walked around again... went for tea at coffee club.. had strawberry garden tea.. think my strawberry tea is more fragrant den theirs.. n more xiang somemore.. after that went to buy the blades.. i did not want to carry it around... heavy leh...

after buying my new babies.. we went to one fullerton's bakerzin to sit down n relax.. had tea again.. this time had camomile tea.. calms n relaxes u.. as well as make u sleep better.. heehee... called dad when i was on the was to the mrt station.. so that he can come n pick me up.. heehee... vanessa keep saying i should not buy the blades today.. den i told her.. if i dun buy i won't ever buy it... so case close.. muahhahaha....

now all i need to do is to find someone to pei me go blade as well as to teach me.. heehee...

Today is Daddy n Jinette's Birthday... HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO U~!!!!

Smsed Jinette on the way for my driving lesson and was actually think if i should go home 1st or head down straight to parkway to get a cake or my dad.. i decided to go down straight... save money n time...

went to ya kun to buy some kaya loti 1st.. cos i did not have lunch.. after that headed to Jack's place, Bangawan Solo, Four leafs n Break talk to look at the cakes b4 buying... bought the cake from Four Leafs.. Strawberry Shortcake.. not too heavy.. bought the smallest one.. 15cm cake.. took it home with me carefully.. n put it in the fridge.. den it was time to wait for the birthday man to come home..

once dad came home n had his bathe.. we went down to the kopitiam near siglap centre to have Curry Fish Head.. not bad la.. but the last time we tried it was better.. =) dad wanted to order other stuff.. but i said that the fish head was enough.. cos i still had the cake.. did not tell my parents cos it was a surprise to daddy... after dinner we went to the newly opened NTUC to buy some stuff.. bought my Ben n Jerry's Ice CREAM... i paid the whole bill cos as mom put it.. most of the stuff was mine... okie loh... pay loh.. bleahZ... =P

didn't tell mom about the cake until we got home.. we waited for dad to settle down b4 taking out the cake n sticking the candles n bringing it into the room to him.. singing Happy Birthday to him.. =) he was surprise that he had a cake.. cos normally we only have dinner.. den tat's it.. =) after be blew the candles out n cutting the cake (he cut the cake in the room that's y got newspaper under it) i took it behind to slice it up n serve it to them.. =)

i woke up early today.. even my own mom couldn't believe it.. haiz.. got up wanting to go for a jog/walk... den saw the dark clouds coming.. hell.. i'll do it 2molo.. swept the floor... read the papers.. watch some tv...

den went to cook lunch.. den.. i broke the butter dish cover... sheesh... dunno if i will get hell not.. but anyway.. told my mom about it.. via MSN... no replies so far... cleaned up the mess... n continued with my life... hope things will be better later in the day...

A bit Greedy Today

Today.. after so long.. went out with Jac.. met her at her house there.. had lunch at the kopitiam... muahhaha... had Duck rice.. Yes.. on a Friday.. muahhaha.. totally forgot man.. hahaha.. until i came home n realised.. hahaha.. went to take my resume pic.. heehee.. as well as to save in the CD-Rom.. so that i can upload romy com..

after that went to the interchange to go to POSB n UOB cos Jac needed to update her bank books.. after that we went TM to walk around.. the place change.. but.. nutting much lah.. walk 2, 3 rounds den no where else to walk liao...

haha.. at about i think 2+ almost 3.. we went to have sushi.. muahahahha... had very little laugh.. cos so full... lolz.. den we talk com.. the service there really need to improve as well as to hire more staff n chefs... so slow.. beh tahan...

after the tea time break.. we walked around some more.. so freaking full... after a while i headed home while Jac waited for ah Teck to come n pick her up.. i took a MRT back.. and walked home.. how can i not exercise after eating so much??? i really think that i need to go jogging.. but no motivation.. hahaha.. i hate jobbing.. but i guess i have to start somewhere... *ponders for a while*

DAMN IT man.. after i got it back from the shop without repairing.. now my cam cannot use~!!!! WTF man... oh.. on why i didn't repair it?? cos it will cos SGD$287.. which i can buy another phone..

a bit sad to find out that my cam now cannot work.. ass man.. b4 i send for repair it was workin fine.. i cpuld take pics... now after the repair cannot... TMD... really TMD...

oh.. some people are surprised that i woke up early today.. partly is because i slept early... okie 12+ not that early lah.. but compared to 3 or 4 am.. it's early enough... n partly cos of Theresa's sms.. haha.. thought of wanting to go back to sleep.. den i took the 1st step.. of getting out of bed.. lol...

went to the hawker center opp Fu Lo Shou Complex to 陪 Jac alter her pants.. den we went to find somewhere to sit down n wait for the time to pass b4 going back to collect her pants..

after that Pat left to go back to the office.. we 3 girls continued to walk about in Bugis Village.. it was almost 5+ when Jac went to meet her fren.. n left.. so left me n Aud.. we went to do Henna.. went to the Jumbo seafood restraunt at East Coast Park.. had drunken prawns.. sambal kangkong.. satay.. scallop in miniture yam basket.. and steamed fish... 好好吃 wor.. *yummy* esp.. the prawns n the fish.. so fresh.. so sweet the meat.. WAH..... *drool* heehee.. too bad i did not take pics of the food.. not very nice lah.. hahaha..

after dinner took a walk at the park den came home for coffee and ice cream... heehee..

well.. the last time i saw uncle albert was when i was a young kid.. very small still.. have not seen him for like erm.. 17 years??? hahaha.. all i can remember of him was that he has very big hands.. cos he will put his hands into his pocket n ask me to cup my little hands together n he will pour all the coins into my hands.. overflowing them with coins.. and also he loves beer and dried chili.. heehee.. that's y mom went to buy him 1kg of dried chili..

will not be going to Malacca with my parents for the family day.. but i'll see him again in Singapore on the 07th of Nov.. *grinZ* *wispers: it means more seafood.. heehee * *winkZ*

Alright.. now i can say i'm a Diploma Grad.. haha.. after waiting for like 3 long years.. but truthfully i can say that for the past 3 years.. it has been an enjoyable path in life.. made new frens n opened a new chapter in life.. in the beginning.. was a bit timid n unsure of the path that i had choosen for myself.. as i had no close frens no one i knew.. but luckly my classmates were friendly and soon we were all friends..

I'm finally going off to the States~!!!! Whoo hoo.. din really sleep... think i only had about 2 hours of sleep.. woke up at 5+am to get ready... Dad was up.. he was sending us to the airport.. his flight was in the afternoon.. he taking business class on SQ... while me n me mom taking economy on CI... so Sad man.. but wat can i complain about.. hahhaa...

CI or China Airlines have the cheapest deal to the states.. but had to transit at Taiwan... for 4 hours~!!!! the captian landing a bit the CMI~!!!! dunno y got e brake de.. eh.. the only thing i can think of y he e brake was that he was running out of the runway.. haha.. Argh... the airport i think too much money le.. so freaking cold.. sat on the chair n slept.. damn tired...

finally can board the other plane and fly for abt another 12 hours... went on board.. watched the longest yard, batman begins, Mr n Mrs Smith.. den sleep... finally after 12 hours.. made it there to L.A.. mom puked after we landed.. my god.. thought i was going to puke too.. but thank god.. i did not.. went through the immigration.. fingerprint lah.. take pic using web cam lah.. aiyo.. so ma fan.. den walked to their terminal 1.. to find American West airlines (HP) bought the tickets on the same flt as dad.. actually wanted to take the eariler flight.. in the end we decided to surprise him..

Still in Vegas.. went out to walk... went down the strip.. den up again.. saw Mirage.. saw Caesars Palace.. Treasure Island... went to the Bellagio to watch the fountian.. damn nice.. den walked all the way back to the hotel to rest.. damn tired.. in the morning and afternoon was hot.. cos of the sun.. no clouds.. wat the hell do ya expect of a dasert~!!! woke up.. mom said that we were going to take the bus to find the greyhound station... bought a day pass.. the journey not too bad.. got to see somemore hotels like Circus Circus, Sahara, Stardust.. as well as all the wedding chapels.. the greyhound station was near the old original Vagas.. b4 the strip came up...

found the station.. bought 3 tickets to San Fancisco (SFO).. den took the bus back to the hotel to meet up with dad to have dinner with him n his Jap client.. we went to the food court to eat cos.. dad had no idea where else had good Jap food.. he actaully wanted to go to Hard Rock Cafe.. but his client wanted to eat Jap food.. think he was craving for Jap food.. haha.. the food court Asian food was not very great.. it was okie.. but the taste a bit wrong.. like not Asian enough.. haha..

after dinner went to buy myself a pure chocolate n a cafe latte for my dad at Coffee Bean.. den went up to the room.. mom stayed downstairs to play jackpot.. after drinking his coffee.. dad went down to join her... while i stayed in the room n watched tv as well as to pack up my stuff as we had to check out at 11am.. dad requested for late check out.. but they say cannot.. cos the hotel is fully booked.. due to the Sumo Wrestling Competition...

After we checked out of the hotel.. we left our baggage at the counter den we took the bus downtown.. cos mom wanted to show dad the older part of Vegas.. from there we took the bus back again.. n stopped at MGM Grand.. we took a little walk inside.. den we soon headed back to the hotel..

reached SFO at abt 5+ almost 6 in the morning.. dad found a backpackers hostel.. USAHOSTEL.. not bad.. got free tea n coffee the whole day as well as all u can eat pancakes in the morning (of cos u cook it yrself lah.. haha).. my parents also bought the bus tickets back to L.A..

dad bought a map.. and it was time to walk there.. did i say walk?? i meant hike.. gosh.. it was a long long hike.. up the slope.. den down the slope.. tiring ar.. i really can see the difference from Vegas and Frisco.. ppl in Vegas most of them are older and they were all in told auto wheelchair.. while in Friso.. ppl there were slim.. think it's partly cos they have to go up the hill n down the hill.. and boy.. some of the hill there is damn steep loh.. damn chuan man.. haha..

back in L.A.. dad called this hotel and we had free transpot to the place.. it's called Adventure hotel.. we reached the hotel.. but the room was not ready yet.. so we went to have our breakfast 1st.. after breakfast we all went for our shower den took a nap..

we took the free shuttle to L.A's fisherman's village.. in the shuttle... dad was talking to one kiwi guy.. nice guy.. came to Singapore b4.. and he loves to eat nasi lemak.. haha.. for those who dunno wat is a kiwi guy means.. it means the guy is from new zealand..

damn it.. was bluffed to go there.. nutting at all de.. think the only thing which intrests all 3 of us was the 2 guys fishing by the dock.. they were catching smelt (dunno how to spell the fish lah).. it's less den 5 mins b4 they caught the fish.. and they caught a lot.. smsed XQ happy bday.. cos in SIN it's 12 Oct le..

today going to the shopping mall.. it's called Robinsons May.. had a debate on where to go.. dad wanted to go to Venice beach... but i said let's go to Robinsons May.. cos if he wanted to buy some stuff for his office.. he better buy it today.. den can pack.. think logically.. if go to the beach den the nezt day buy the stuff.. how to pack.. somemore 2molo going home liao..

it's my final in the US.. packed our stuff.. and put our baggage into the locker.. and den we headed to Venice Beach..

think Venice beach is a much better place to go den fishman village.. much more things to see too.. walked up n down.. mom went bonkers again.. throw temper again.. me n dad heck care.. walk ourselves.. heehee.. could feel my face burning.. which was not a good sign for me.. cos i'm tan now.. haiZ.. only my face a darker shade den the rest of my body.. bloody hell man.. wanted to stay in the shade.. but the wind so chilly.. den stand in the sun so hot.. so mao dun sia.. cannot take it..

den it was time to go back to the hotel.. we had our final dinner there.. had something light.. me n dad had the soup of the day.. n mom had her apple pie with ice cream... after that we headed to the airport.. dad's flt was at 9.15pm.. me n mom 's flight was at 1am on 14 Oct.. dad had to check in 2 hours earlier.. he checked all our bags with him.. cos he travelling business class.. so good ar.. me n mom was left with a little bag.. with most of it was food.. haha..

after dad left.. we sat at the airport.. i was brain storming.. cos we had to transit at Taiwan again.. but this time for 7 hours +.. brain was thinking.. wat we going to eat if we hungry.. told mom.. lets buy a burger each n bring it to taiwan to eat it.. cos we dun have the taiwan currency n i dun think my mom will want to change any money there.. so we each bought a chicken sandwich from Macdonals..

flt was quite full.. ohhh.. our flt caption was a female... n boy was her landing good... i watched a korean movie innocent steps.. damn it.. so touching till i cry.. mom said i was crazy again.. fine.. watever.. hurmhp... den listen music until i sleep..

once in taiwan.. we went to find out about the free half day tour.. amazingly we had to go though immigration.. haha.. so i had an extra stamp on my passport le.. the tour started at about 8.15am.. there were abt 6 different nationailities on the tour bus.. haha.. Singaporean, Australian, Indian who was holding a canadian passport, Japanese, Korean n German.. if include the bus driver n the tour guide den 7 nationalitites.. we went to see the Longshan Temple 1st.. there we lots of people praying.. the tour guide explained about the Yin n Yang..
